Terms

GENERAL
Red, White and Blued (RWB) reserves the right to change prices without notice. It is the responsibility of the buyer, not the seller, to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws regarding the possession and use of any products sold by RWB. By placing an order, the buyer represents that the products ordered will be used in a lawful manner. RWB will not be held liable for the misuse of any product sold by RWB. RWB reserves the right to refuse service.

RWB products are intended for use by properly trained and qualified personnel. If you do not have proper training to operate any RWB product, do not use the product until receiving such training. Improper, criminal, abusive, or negligent use, use by untrained individuals, improper or careless handling, unauthorized modifications, defective, improperly loaded, non-standard, non-SAAMI/NATO specification, hand-loaded, or re-loaded ammunition, or neglect, may result in property damage, injury or death.

PAYMENT
Acceptable forms of payment: cash, USPS Postal Money Order, cashier’s check (bank check), personal check, and Visa/MC/Discover. All checks may be held for up for 10 days to verify funds.

National Firearms Act (NFA) products shall be paid for in full when the order is placed. Products manufactured with custom options shall be paid for in full when the order is placed. Products other than NFA and custom products shall be paid when the product ships if payment was by a credit card; otherwise, it must be pre-paid.

Returned checks will be subject to a $30 fee.

SHIPPING
Shipping for NFA items is generally done within two business days of the time we get an approved Form 3 back from ATF. For other (non-NFA) items, we normally ship within 2 business days of payment if the items are in stock. We will contact you if there is a delay, and we won’t charge you until the product is in stock and ready to ship. This does not apply to custom-ordered items, which must be paid for ahead of time.

TAX
Sales tax will be applied to all Wyoming sales. Out-of-state customers should be aware of their states’ sales tax laws regarding out-of-state purchases.

NFA
For NFA items to go from being manufactured to in your hands, it usually must go through three sets of ATF paperwork: Form 2 (manufacture); Form 3 (transfer to FFL/SOT); Form 4 (transfer to individual). We cannot control how long it takes the ATF to process paperwork! For NFA items such as suppressors, our responsibility is to deliver the suppressor on a Form 3 to your local FFL/SOT. At that point, the transfer process is out of our hands. Your local FFL/SOT may charge a transfer fee for NFA items; we cannot change that. For Wyoming residents who purchase firearms or silencers from us directly, you will have come to our facility to take delivery of your firearm or silencer.

RETURNS and CANCELLATIONS
All sales of firearms, NFA products, and products manufactured with custom options are final with no returns. Cancellations prior to shipment incur a loss of the deposit. For the purposes of NFA products, a sale is completed when the product has been delivered to your FFL/SOT of choice on a Form 3, or for Wyoming residents, the Form 4 has been submitted.

WARRANTY
LIFETIME WARRANTY:
Red, White and Blued (RWB) will repair or replace (at its option) free of charge any product manufactured by RWB for the duration of this lifetime warranty. This warranty is of unlimited duration and covers service, repair, and/or replacement of the RWB product damaged during normal use and conditions. This warranty guarantees our products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials. It does not cover normal wear and tear.

LIMITATIONS
This warranty does not cover damage to the products and/or other firearms or products resulting in whole or in part from criminal, abusive, or negligent use, use by untrained individuals, improper or careless handling, unauthorized modifications, defective, improperly loaded, non-standard, non-SAAMI/NATO specification, hand-loaded, or re-loaded ammunition, or neglect. Any repairs to the product made necessary by these factors are not covered by this warranty.

This warranty does not cover additional taxes due to the BATFE if a suppressor is damaged beyond repair or if a part deemed non-replaceable by the BATFE is damaged beyond repair.

This expressed lifetime warranty is the only warranty on the product. This product is sold as is and has no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

This warranty is not extended to third-party products resold by RWB; the original manufacturer’s warranty, if any, only applies.

RWB is not responsible for the misuse of its products.

NOTE ON THREADS AND ALIGNMENT
RWB can only control the alignment of the suppressor to its threads. RWB cannot control the alignment of the muzzle threads to the bore if the work was done by anyone else. The warranty covers only defects in the suppressor. Improper installation or installation on a firearm with faulty or improper muzzle threads comprises improper use and related damages are not covered under the warranty.

RMA
Before you return a product for warranty repair conforming to the preceding terms, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) from a customer service representative.

PRIVACY POLICY
We retain personal information as required by ATF laws, rules, and regulations and to maintain proper business records. We follow industry standard procedures for the protection of confidential data. We do not share or sell the personal information that we collect, unless required by law or to aid an ongoing investigation as requested by law enforcement.
